Baseline AI ("Baseline," "we," "us") is a college tennis recruiting platform that helps junior athletes and their families discover schools, plan development, and manage coach communication. You can reach us at hello@getbaselineai.com.

Account information. Name, email, and your role (parent, athlete, or coach) when you create an account.

Athlete profile data. Information you choose to provide — athlete name, graduation year, ratings (UTR/USTA), tournament results, school preferences, and academic information — used to power fit scoring, projections, and recruiting features.

Usage data. Basic analytics about how you use the product, so we can improve it.

Communications. If you email us or book a walkthrough, we keep that correspondence.

• Provide the product: school-fit scores, projections, plans, and recruiting tools.
• Communicate with you about your account and product updates.
• Improve the accuracy of our models and recommendations.
• Meet legal and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share athlete profiles with college coaches or third parties unless you explicitly choose to (for example, by sending outreach through the platform).

Baseline AI is designed for junior athletes (typically ages 15–18) and their families, and accounts are intended to be created and managed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Athletic and academic data you provide is treated as confidential account data. It is never made public by default.

We keep your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@getbaselineai.com. We delete or de-identify data within 30 days of a verified request, except where the law requires retention.

We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted transport (HTTPS), access-controlled databases with row-level security, and limited internal access on a need-to-know basis. No system is 100% secure, but protecting your family's data is a core design constraint, not an afterthought.

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to operate the service — cloud hosting, authentication, email delivery, and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar for walkthroughs). These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service to us.

Website visitor identification & advertising. When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information by contacting us. Depending on your state or country, you may have additional rights (e.g., under CCPA or GDPR); we honor those requests for all users regardless of location.

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date above. For material changes, we'll notify account holders by email.
