Baseline AI ("Baseline," "we," "us") provides a software platform that helps junior tennis athletes and their families with college recruiting: school discovery and fit scoring, development planning, tournament strategy, recruiting projections, and coach communication tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts are intended for parents/guardians and athletes aged 13 or older. Athletes under 18 should use the service with a parent or guardian's involvement. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information, including athlete data such as graduation year and ratings.

Baseline AI provides information, projections, and organizational tools to support your recruiting decisions. Projections (including UTR trajectories, scholarship probabilities, and school-fit scores) are estimates based on available data — they are not guarantees of admission, athletic roster spots, or scholarship offers.

Final recruiting outcomes depend on college coaches, admissions offices, and athletic associations. We are not a recruiting agency of record, and we do not communicate with coaches on your behalf except through tools you explicitly choose to use.

Some features require a paid subscription. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to your next renewal.

You retain ownership of the information you put into Baseline. You grant us a limited license to use that data to operate and improve the service for you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal data.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes others' rights, and not to misuse the platform (e.g., scraping, spamming coaches, or attempting to access other users' data).

The Baseline AI platform, brand, design, and the Intelligence Loop™ framework are our intellectual property. These terms don't grant you any rights to them except the right to use the service as intended while your account is active.

All content on this site — including text, copy, product screenshots, user interface designs, graphics, logos, icons, and the overall look and feel — is the proprietary property of Baseline AI or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, scrape, frame, mirror, or otherwise exploit any part of the site or its content without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our screenshots, UI, or copy for competitive or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including recruiting or admissions outcomes — and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Baseline at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling after termination follows our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post changes here and update the date above; for material changes, we'll notify account holders by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
